About The Position

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative/Cleaner for its Lewisburg, Pennsylvania club. The role provides customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while helping maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment and delivering an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. The position starts at $11 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Requirements

• Availability Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching; and continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
