About The Position

Customer Service Reps help serve customers and support store operations at Domino’s Pizza. The role includes preparing products, processing telephone and in-person orders, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities to grow within the company, including advancement to management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to lift delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage areas, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move products to storage shelves.
• Complete tasks such as changing prices on signs, washing walls, and performing maintenance as needed.
