About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as part of a Domino’s Pizza store team, helping make, bake, or take pizzas during the day and night. The role involves serving customers, processing orders by phone and in person, preparing products, stocking ingredients, and maintaining equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may be part-time or full-time, and the company describes opportunities for advancement into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Be 16 years of age or older.
• Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; use a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Meet the role’s physical demands, including standing for most tasks, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequently reaching and using hands.

Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and store deliveries, including lifting and stacking cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
