About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring customer service representatives to work with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone. Team members perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The role offers opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Hand-eye coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical tasks, including prolonged standing, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone to process orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck, and move and stock cases and other supplies.
• Perform other store tasks, including removing trash, cleaning, and occasional maintenance or sign updates.
