About The Position

The Customer Service Representative greets customers, answers phones, provides customer service, and prepares pizza products quickly and accurately. The role includes operating the cash register, collecting payments, following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards. Other duties may be assigned.

The position calls for a friendly, personable team player with a positive attitude who is punctual and comfortable interacting with customers. Training is provided for answering phones and preparing pizza. The schedule is described as flexible, but team members must be willing to work when needed, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Opportunities for growth, potentially including management, may be available.

Work conditions include exposure to varying weather when taking out trash or performing other outside tasks; temperature changes and areas ranging from coolers at 36 degrees to work areas at 90 degrees or above; food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped spaces such as walk-in coolers; hot oven surfaces and tools; and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Delivery personnel may also encounter varying weather while driving and delivering.

The work involves standing for most tasks, walking short distances, and some sitting for paperwork. Duties may require lifting and carrying deliveries and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying other food items and trays, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, and infrequently using stairs or a ladder. Delivery work may involve carrying food and beverages while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, distinguishing hot from cold surfaces, and far and night vision for driving. The role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, and make judgments and decisions.
