About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations during scheduled shifts. Assistant Managers set the tone and example for the store and are responsible for cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Assistant Managers may manage 3 to 30 employees and perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Responsibilities
- Oversee everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
- Take responsibility for store operations.
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner, including answering the phone.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Deliver products from the store to customers by vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
