About The Position

Looking for a position where you can work with people, develop new skills, and have the opportunity to grow into greater responsibilities? We’re expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to assist members who are seeking information about available benefit programs. You’ll provide guidance through virtual appointments, answer questions, and help make the process simple and easy to understand. You’ll receive structured training when you begin, followed by continued coaching and mentorship as you develop. Instead of spending your day behind the scenes, much of your role involves communicating directly with people.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with members through phone and video appointments
• Asking questions to understand their individual needs
• Walking members through available benefit programs
• Explaining information clearly and answering questions
• Assisting with online forms and digital documentation
• Keeping client information accurate and organized
• Following up with members when additional assistance is needed
• Providing consistent service throughout the entire process
