About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to help prepare and serve customers during busy periods. The role includes taking and processing orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, operating equipment, maintaining the store, and completing inventory and related paperwork. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The company describes opportunities for advancement from customer service representative to management and beyond.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and ability to make precise, rapid movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to handle deliveries and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and perform the physical activities described for the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Complete tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
