About The Position
As a Customer Service Rep, you will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and help prepare products according to company standards. You will also maintain restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards. The role offers weekly pay, a flexible schedule, referral bonuses, opportunities to pick up shifts at multiple locations, employee discounts, an Employee Assistance Program, and the ability to grow into management positions. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Be a fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a punctual team player with a great attitude.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner, including answering the phone.
- Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
