About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as part of a Domino’s Pizza store team to provide customer service and help prepare and process orders. The role may be part-time or full-time, with schedules described as accommodating other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided, and team members may have opportunities to advance into management or other roles. The posting also describes delivery duties and related qualifications for team members who deliver.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• For delivery duties: valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• For delivery duties: access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• For delivery duties: navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the delivery area.
• For delivery duties: ability to navigate varied terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• For delivery duties: far vision and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, communicating with customers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• For delivery duties: deliver products by car to customers’ doors and deliver flyers and door hangers.
• For delivery duties: navigate to addresses, carry products while walking and climbing, and drive within the designated delivery area.
