About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to help make, bake, or take pizzas during busy periods. The role may be part-time or full-time and may suit someone looking for a main job or supplemental work. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may have opportunities to advance into management or other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous use of hands.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near- and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Unload deliveries and stock supplies, including lifting and moving products and trays.
• Perform other team-member tasks such as cleaning, maintaining work areas, and occasionally changing prices on signs.
