About The Position

Domino's is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills. The role involves serving customers and processing orders in person and over the phone, alongside general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning. Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing for most tasks, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take orders in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move deliveries, including cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other store tasks, such as removing trash, stocking shelves, and cleaning low areas.
