About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to take and process customer orders and contribute to store operations. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers on-the-job orientation and training. Team members may have opportunities to advance from customer service to management and other roles within Domino's.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and ability to make precise, rapid movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and frequent reaching and hand use.
• Ability to lift and stock deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use computers or touch screens to enter orders and handle customer transactions.
• Unload deliveries and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other store-team duties, including maintaining the work area and completing assigned outside tasks.
