About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver orders to customers in a designated delivery area and perform general store-team duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. Delivery duties include transporting orders by car to customers’ doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. The work involves customer and coworker communication, order entry, handling money, navigating delivery routes, and working in varied store and outdoor conditions. The position requires standing for most tasks, walking between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and performing physical activities such as lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing. Delivery may involve stairs, adverse terrain, and changing weather. Team members may also encounter hot equipment and surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, temperature changes, food odors, and cornmeal dust.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical activities described, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, walking, reaching, bending, pushing, and climbing stairs when needed.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Make accurate monetary change.
Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area.
Deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage.
Perform other store-team tasks, including stocking and cleaning.
