About The Position

Domino’s Greensburg is a locally owned and operated company with four stores and opportunities for team members to advance. The Delivery Expert delivers products by car to customers within a designated area and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes general store team duties such as operating equipment, receiving and processing telephone orders, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential advancement from delivery driver to management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers and process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.
Ability to carry deliveries while walking and climbing, including potentially navigating five or more flights of stairs.
Ability to work around varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and varying or adverse weather conditions.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near-, mid-, far-, and night-vision and depth perception sufficient for job tasks and driving; and ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within a designated delivery area and bring them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate to customer addresses, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Unload and stock bulk product deliveries and supplies as needed.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
