About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to receive and process orders in person and over the telephone. Team members perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role may offer opportunities to advance from customer service into management and other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasionally climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take orders in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and assisting with store operations.
