About The Position

Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role requires handling customer orders by phone and in person, using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and performing accurate calculations and monetary transactions.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
