About The Position

Rogue Pizza, a locally owned and operated independent Domino's franchise, is seeking a customer service representative with strong people and communication skills. The position involves helping the store prepare, process, and provide pizza orders. Schedules may be part time or full time and are described as flexible. On-the-job orientation and training are provided, and team members may have opportunities to advance into management or other roles.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
For delivery duties: have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
For delivery duties: have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone to process orders.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Deliver products by car and to customers' doors, when performing delivery duties.
Deliver flyers and door hangers, when performing delivery duties.
