About The Position
Domino's Pizza is seeking adaptable, self-motivated candidates with a passion for customer service. The role offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a fun, energetic environment. Hours are listed as FT-PT Flex. Work conditions may involve adverse weather while removing trash or performing other outside tasks; temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or above in some work areas; sudden temperature changes; food odors; cornmeal dust; cramped spaces such as a walk-in cooler; and hot surfaces or tools from ovens reaching 500 degrees or higher, as well as sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. The position requires talking and hearing on the telephone, near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces. The role also calls for directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working independently and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality standards, dealing with people, analyzing and compiling data, and making judgments and decisions.
