About The Position

Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler; and prepare products. Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role requires accurate, quick basic arithmetic and making correct monetary change, along with the ability to take and process orders verbally, in writing, and by telephone. It also requires precise, rapid motor coordination, keyboard or touchscreen order entry, comprehension of written instructions, and verbal communication with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
