About The Position

H&C Pizza LLC, an independent Domino’s franchisee, is hiring a Store Customer Service Representative. The role involves serving customers and supporting store operations, including handling orders, preparing products, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position requires working in a fast-paced store environment with a range of temperatures, food-related odors, kitchen equipment, and physical tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, frequent walking and reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, and repetitive hand use.
• Be able to lift and move deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and reach shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Work around exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Unload and move deliveries, stock shelves, and handle trays and other supplies.
• Perform other store-team duties as needed, including occasional sign updates and maintenance tasks.
