About The Position

H&C Pizza LLC, an independent Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its store. The role involves serving customers and working with other team members to process orders, prepare products, operate store equipment, maintain inventory, and keep the store and equipment clean. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The franchisee independently makes employment decisions, including those concerning hiring, supervision, compensation, benefits, staffing, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, in person and by telephone, to process orders.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and the ability to make precise, rapid movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching and hand use.
• Ability to work around varying weather and temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take orders in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and maintaining signs or equipment.
