About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as a Domino’s Pizza store team member, helping prepare and process pizza orders and supporting daily store operations. The role includes communicating with customers in person and by phone, entering orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The posting describes opportunities to advance from customer service to management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Hand-eye coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, climbing occasionally, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and move items to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and occasional maintenance or sign work.
