Customer Service Rep, Part-Time
About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a one-year part-time temporary position in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role assists customers with submitting blueprints for building projects and involves reviewing and recording information, entering project details into a database, and providing professional customer service. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The position is located in downtown Phoenix, AZ 85003. Garage parking is available, but the temporary employee is responsible for parking costs. The start date is immediately upon successful completion of a background check. Benefits are available after eligibility requirements are met.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Accurate and detail-oriented data entry skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to learn permitting software and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter with submitting blueprints for building projects.
- Review and record information from submitted blueprints.
- Accurately enter blueprint and project information into a database.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in a busy environment.
