The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced Domino’s store, helping the team operate efficiently and get pizzas to customers as quickly and safely as possible. The role calls for motivated, competitive team members with strong people skills and a desire to serve. Daytime and evening shifts are available, and schedules can range from one shift per week to five or six shifts per week. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided, including training in taking orders, labeling boxes, and making pizzas. The position offers opportunities for advancement from customer service representative to management and potentially to franchise ownership. Work takes place in a store and includes exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures, weather, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The work involves frequent standing, walking, reaching, and hand use, as well as occasional sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Team members may handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and work with pizza-making and store equipment.
