About The Position

The Customer Service Rep operates equipment; stocks ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler; prepares products; receives and processes telephone orders; takes inventory and completes related paperwork; and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role involves processing customer orders both by phone and in person, using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and handling monetary transactions accurately.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
