About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment; stocks ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers; prepares products; receives and processes telephone orders; takes inventory and completes related paperwork; and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role also involves delivering products to customers and distributing flyers and door hangers. The position requires accurate basic arithmetic and handling monetary change, communication and order-processing skills, coordination and dexterity, use of a computer keyboard or touch screen, and the ability to navigate delivery locations and terrain while carrying products.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
