About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works in a Domino’s store and may work part time or full time, with schedules intended to accommodate team members’ availability. The role involves serving customers, preparing menu items, and helping expedite orders. Team members may work across all in-store stations and may have opportunities to advance into management or other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing and able to work all in-store stations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen and operate store equipment.
• Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication in person and by telephone.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and carrying products.

Responsibilities

• Work all in-store stations, including making menu items, assisting customers by phone and in person, and expediting orders from the cut table.
• Take and process customer orders by telephone and in person, entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Prepare products and stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, or the walk-in cooler.
• Operate store equipment and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Receive and unload product deliveries and move, carry, or stock ingredients and supplies.
• Perform tasks involving standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasional climbing.
