About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated delivery area. Drivers also help with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role requires customer service, navigation, and safe driving; company vehicles may be available at some locations for drivers who have a valid license but no vehicle. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including pathways to management and other roles. Training is paid and includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training. Work may involve varying weather and temperatures, food-related odors and dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The job includes standing, walking, sitting, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing and pulling, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, and frequent reaching and hand use. Delivery duties may involve carrying products while walking and climbing stairs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have no more than three moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had any drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
Must have access to reliable transportation; delivery requires an insured and registered vehicle in proper working condition, though company vehicles may be available at some locations.
Must be able to navigate delivery locations and carry products while walking and climbing, including stairs.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to perform the listed mental and physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
Read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy making deliveries.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Take and process orders by telephone and communicate verbally and in writing.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, and clean equipment and the facility.
Receive and process telephone orders and make correct monetary change.
