About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills to help serve customers and support store operations. The role includes receiving and processing orders by phone and in person, preparing products, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities for advancement into management or other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, in person and by telephone, to process orders.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and the ability to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and frequent reaching and hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks such as changing sign prices, washing walls, and maintenance as needed.
