About The Position
The Customer Service Rep takes orders by phone and face to face over the counter, restocks inventory, helps prepare products, and performs light cleaning duties. The role calls for an energetic, happy, customer-service-oriented team member who can work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Pass applicable company background checks.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.
- Be able to multitask and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Be able to adjust to changing priorities.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Be able to make correct monetary change.
