About The Position

Team Wow is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to support a growing Domino’s store. The role involves serving customers and coworkers, processing orders, preparing products, and contributing to a diligent, team-oriented environment. Schedules are described as flexible around team members’ needs, and the position may be part-time or full-time. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers potential advancement from customer service representative to management and other opportunities within Domino’s.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.
• Ability to work around hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, and changing temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries and move, carry, and store ingredients and supplies.
• Follow quality control standards and work effectively alone or with others.
