About The Position

Team Wow is seeking a customer service representative/expediter to support a growing Domino's store. Team members help prepare, bake, and expedite pizzas and process customer orders while working with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and food. Schedules may be part time or full time, and the role may suit someone seeking a primary job or supplemental work. On-the-job orientation and training are provided, and opportunities for advancement may include management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise, rapid movements.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Expedite carryout and delivery orders to vehicles.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone to process orders.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and stock products on shelves.
• Perform other store tasks such as removing trash, stocking shelves, cleaning, and occasional maintenance.
