About The Position

Team Wow is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to support a growing Domino’s store. Team members prepare and serve pizzas during busy periods, process customer orders, and help maintain store operations. Flexible scheduling may accommodate part-time or full-time availability, school, or a second job. On-the-job orientation and training are provided, and advancement opportunities may include management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise, rapid movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, crouching, and occasional stair or ladder use.
• Ability to handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and to work around hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, temperature changes, food odors, and cornmeal dust.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and stock ingredient and supply deliveries.
• Perform other store tasks, including taking out trash and completing occasional maintenance or sign work.
