We are seeking a Customer Service Project Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing operations. This role manages customer quotations, order accuracy, project communication, and coordination across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote through delivery.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of customer service, sales support, project coordination, or order management experience preferred.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process customer quote requests and maintain quote records.
Track quote activity and coordinate revisions.
Review purchase orders against approved quotations for accuracy.
Resolve discrepancies involving pricing, specifications, quantities, and lead times.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams.
Communicate production, material, scheduling, and shipping updates to customers.
Coordinate shipping arrangements and delivery communication.
Maintain accurate CRM and order management records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and reporting activities.
