We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers both in person and through phone/email communication, helping guide projects from initial inquiry through production and delivery. While this role includes front-counter customer service responsibilities, it is also highly collaborative and project-focused. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving problems, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and keeping projects organized and moving forward. You’ll work with a wide variety of products, including business printing, signage, marketing materials, event graphics, direct mail, and more.
