About The Position

Closet Factory of Kentucky is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service/Office Manager to join our team in Louisville, KY. This is a critical and centrally visible role that combines exceptional customer service skills with efficient office management to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and office management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and Quickbooks are a strong Plus!
  • Experience in home improvement or related industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and filing systems accurately.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
  • Support management by preparing reports and assisting with special projects.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new office staff as needed.
