About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, customer-centric Office Facilitator to support the Arizona Department of Transportation (AZDOT) within the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) in Kingman. This role serves as the face of the local MVD office, directly managing customer flow, guiding visitors through kiosk applications, and ensuring an organized, efficient lobby environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven, verifiable customer service experience (in-person, front-desk, or retail environments preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening via HireRight prior to starting.
  • Must be a US Citizen. Visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT, etc.) is not available.
  • You must currently reside in the Kingman, AZ area at the time of application.
  • Your current city and state MUST be explicitly listed at the top of your resume.
  • You must be available for an in-person interview within 1 week of submission and able to start work within 2 weeks of an offer.

Responsibilities

  • Greet the public, manage lines, and facilitate smooth customer flow throughout the MVD lobby and kiosk stations.
  • Answer general procedural questions and assist visitors with navigating MVD services and forms.
  • Support operational tasks such as taking identification photos for licenses and state IDs.
  • Enter data accurately into state systems and maintain clean, organized files.
  • Adhere strictly to all established department guidelines, policies, and safety protocols.
