Customer Service Lead NV, Job 465.26

Dunn-Edwards Paints•Las Vegas, NV

About The Position

The Customer Service Lead (CSL) at Dunn-Edwards assists the store management team in ensuring a distinctive shopping experience and executing store operations during scheduled shifts. The CSL models outstanding customer service and selling skills, allocates staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked, organizes sales and stock areas, and builds trusted partnerships with painting professionals. When the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent, the CSL takes full responsibility for store operations. The role involves advising customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, and upholding the store's vision of fast and reliable service. The CSL continually learns about the industry, products, and services through the Dunn-Edwards Learning Network and job certification programs. The position may provide a foundation for advancement opportunities. Although no employees report directly to the CSL, they often supervise shifts during opening and closing and direct store associates at those times. Opening shifts may begin as early as 5:00 a.m., and closing shifts may end as late as 6:30 p.m. Workdays vary by location, and some stores are open seven days per week.
