About The Position

TruFit Athletic Clubs is hiring a customer-focused Front Desk Team Member for its El Paso team, specifically to work the overnight shift. The role welcomes and checks in members, answers questions about memberships, amenities, and services, and helps maintain a clean and organized front desk. The successful candidate is friendly, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Overnight shifts offer increased pay. Schedule flexibility must include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
• Previous front desk experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer and customer service experience are preferred.
