About The Position

National Dentex is hiring a Customer Service/Data Entry team member at NDX Heumann Dental Lab in Topeka, Kansas. The role supports dental restoration cases by receiving, disinfecting, organizing, and completing intake procedures. It is an important first step in the quality assurance process before technicians begin crafting restorations. The position also involves routine information exchanges with operations personnel and NDX customers. Paid on-the-job training is provided. Regular hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may change as needed.

Responsibilities

• Record and schedule work on a computer after assisting with opening and inspecting cases.
• Distribute cases to the appropriate department.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Notify customers of delivery times when necessary.
• Receive, disinfect, organize, and complete intake procedures for cases.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
