About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented full-time Customer Service Contact Center Representatives for its Corporate Office in Hilliard, Ohio. The role focuses on providing a best-in-class customer experience and helping customers find suitable technology solutions. Representatives handle high volumes of customer interactions across phone, chat, text, and email, and should be available to work between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, including weekends. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Strong listening, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accurate and efficient typing proficiency.
Ability to multitask effectively while managing priorities.
Flexibility and adaptability when working with diverse customer needs and personalities.
Availability to work between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, with weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Passion for technology, including computers and electronics.

Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of inbound customer interactions through phone, chat, text, and email.
