About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant for its Service Center in Boca Raton. The role performs a range of customer-service and administrative duties to support customers and collision estimators, help coordinate vehicle drop-offs and deliveries, and support accurate, efficient repairs. The consultant communicates with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors while following Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures and applicable insurance-partner and industry guidelines.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy.
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Passion for learning the collision industry.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide personable, friendly “World Class” customer service to internal and external customers.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in person and by phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance.
Assist Collision Estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping and marking, and photographing vehicles.
Arrange customer transportation.
Prepare paperwork and carry out customer vehicle deliveries.
Communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to support correct and efficient repairs.
Adhere to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures and applicable insurance-partner and industry guidelines and standards.
