About The Position

The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers about their rentals, maximizes revenue by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections, and provides customer service and sales support. The role also involves shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids. Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary to perform the listed responsibilities.
• Ability to perform essential functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, including a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
