About The Position

The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers about their rental, actively offers products and services, and works to overcome customer objections to maximize revenue opportunities. The role provides customer service and sales support, shuttles customers, and prepares vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning them, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids. The position pays $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary to perform the stated responsibilities.
• Ability to perform essential functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Knowledge of operating a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
