About The Position

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers about their rental and maximizes revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. The role provides customer service and sales support and includes shuttling customers. The associate also prepares vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids. The listed wage is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• The auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary to perform the listed responsibilities.
• Ability to perform essential functions that include sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Knowledge of operating a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
