Customer Service Associate – Dog Daycare Front Desk
About The Position
The Wags Club is an established cage-free dog daycare and boarding facility serving Santa Monica and West Los Angeles. We are looking for a strong customer-service person to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in high-volume customer-facing environments such as restaurants, retail, or hotels, who possess excellent people skills, good judgment, and the ability to remain composed during busy periods. While pet-care experience is a plus, strong customer service skills are prioritized. The position involves interacting with both clients and their dogs, managing daily operations at the front desk, and learning about the various services offered.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their dogs
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones and client questions
- Manage reservations and client information
- Process payments
- Learn our daycare, boarding, and grooming services
- Communicate feeding, medication, and special instructions to our care team
- Keep the front desk organized
- Assist with dog photos and occasional social media updates
