About The Position

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers about their rentals, maximizes revenue by actively offering products and services and addressing customer objections, and provides customer service and sales support. The position also involves shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for pickup by cleaning them, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary to perform the role's responsibilities.
• Ability to perform the listed essential functions, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Knowledge of operating a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about their rentals.
• Offer products and services to maximize revenue and address customer objections.
• Provide customer service and sales support.
• Shuttle customers.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup by cleaning them, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids.
