About The Position

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers about their rental, actively offers products and services to maximize revenue, and works to overcome customer objections. The role provides customer service and sales support and includes shuttling customers. It also involves preparing vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning them, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids. The stated wage is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Possess the auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary to perform the described responsibilities.
• Perform the listed physical functions, including sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Knowledge of operating a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
