About The Position

As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will assist Hertz rental car customers at the counter with processing their rentals. You will consult with customers about the type of rental they need, including insurance and ancillary benefits or coverage. The position involves varied assignments and requires accuracy, helpful service, tact, and professionalism. The role offers a base pay of $19.25 per hour, overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly rate, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, and uncapped monthly sales incentives. Top sellers have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually. Hertz operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, and Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchise locations worldwide. Requirements

Previous customer service experience and sales skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
Professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Computer literacy.
Proficiency in English.
Valid and active driver's license; applicants must be at least 20 years old and have an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.
Ability to meet the role's physical requirements, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
Ability to operate a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
